I WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

I am desperate, I want to close my credit card account. Went to the Rustenburg Square branch to close my Credit Card. Had a lot of trouble. Eventually out of desperation I paid a cheque for the settlement amount, The cheque was through my Bank the same day. Logged a complaint with Mpho, she transferred me to the Card Division. The lady wanted my card number, then she had to transfer me to a secure line, I tried the instructions twice and just gave up. I have a question for them, Where can I find Steve... He seems so helpfull. I am in the middle of a consolidation process and FNB just will not cut being my private banker...
