POOR SERVICE

I drive a brand new BMW and a young, inexperienced driver decides to suddenly change lanes and crashes into the side of my car denting both my right hand side doors. This happened on the 19th July 2013.I contacted my insurance company on Monday (21 July), expecting my car to be repaired asap. However.a person by the name of Livhuwani calls me on Wednesday (23 July) at approx.5:45 in the afternoon to request the details of the accident (I am busy shopping)-do these people not work during the day-so i ask her to call me the next day. I give her all my details and ask her to PLEASE repair my car asap as I feel uncomfortable driving a dented car. She gives me her land-line number in case i need to contact her. I tried contacting her several times-got an answering service. Today is the 4th of August and my car has still not been repaired and unfortunately I cannot make contact with Livhuwani or anyone from the claims dept. of Miway. I, being a loyal client of Miway, am very disappointed with the service and hopefully i may get some sort of positive feedback because of this complaint.
