Bank restricts your access to your own money!!!

I transferred a substantial amount of money onto my credit card on 8 August. When i went to Dion wired on Saturday to purchase a tv and a home theatre system, i was unable to make the purchase as i have a limit on my savings card and the money that i transferred from my one absa account onto my absa credit card was not reflecting yet. That has been more than 24hours. When i contacted the absa call centre, the lady over the phone said that i neede to change my limit on my card in the branch. It was Saturday, the banks are CLOSED!! It is bad enough that BANK EMPLOYEES only work until 15:30. That is rediculous. Normal working hours are from 9-5 and should apply to them. They should be open on Saturdays until 5. I had to contact the credit card call centre to find out why i dont have money in my credit card since i transferred thousands onto it. After going through a long useless self help machine service i eventually got to the call centre. The %$#@& put the phone down in my ear in the middle of the conversation. Makes me want to switch banks. I would ratehr go to a bank that gives me acccess to my own money when i need it. IT'S MY MONEY!! And I pay bank charges for this service?
