Took out insurance with Mali Xaba for vehicle 3 days ago and 2 days ago, emailed him on [Email Removed] on 17 July and another to [Email Removed] also on 17 July o advise that I DO NOT WANT THIS POLICY. I have received no cancellation confirmation, just the run around and people who never reply or return mail. What's up with the delaying tactics??? I'm well within the cooling off period and would not like a situation where my account is debited for a policy I don't want any longer. I'm so glad I do not want this policy, 1st for women has absolutely no sense of urgency or care. I cant imagine being destitute and having to reply on an insurance house like this. Expedite this cancellation and may I please be notified of such immediately. Marcia was also emailed back by myself yesterday 18 July, still I await this reply!!!
