WHY DID YOU LAUNCH A WEBSITE THAT'S NOT WORKING?

Seriously I'm unable to use my PayPal services due to the launch of the new FNB website which doesn't work and when calling Online support they tell me it'll be working sometime next week so we should just pause our lives till FNB gets their act together? Firstly the new look SUX it's not user friendsly and has TOO much going on. We just got used to the site and now ya'll change it and to something worse than what we had - SERIOUSLY... this is unacceptable!
