I contacted Discovery Card to simply get logged on to online banking for the first time as the website told me that I had already registered even though I've never logged in before.
I contacted the generic 0860 number and was told that I would need to be put through an "Online Banking Technical Team", I was then put through to Nompumelelo who told me that she cannot help me and "You need to call Online Banking, I can't put you through to them".
I then called the number as told 0113961097 to get a voice prompt stating that they are experiencing "high call volumes" and that I should call 0113961871. Frustrated already by the back and forth, I got through to TELKOM stating that the number does not exist. Please tell me WHO I should call to simply access my Discovery Card online???
