Hi guys
My wallet was and with it obviously all my cards, including my Discovery Med Aid card.
All I want to do is request a new card, but my e-mails to both [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] have not been answered, while every Discovery help line I've phoned prompts me to enter my card number before I can continue with the call. I eventually got through to someone at FNB??? (via a number on your Discovery website???) who told me to call 0860 44 55 66, but that line is for doctors and reps!
PLEASE all I want to do is request a replacement Med Aid card?!
