I am Gold on Vitality with Discovery, Its stated on there website that if we use our smart shoppers cards in conjunction with our discovery card we will earn x8, I have been using my card as I did my yearly check online as to my vitality points I noticed that my smart shoppers card and my supplimentary credit card has been changed around, I just made a purchase of R3700 that day at pick n pay and was suppose to earn x8 my points back, I emailed discovery card and they called me they changed the card numbers to the right shoppers acc, I then asked about my x8 points and was told since the card numbers were changed around I can not get it, I was so annoyed as its over R1000 of shopping points I should be receiving, this morning when I checked online account I saw that they actually removed the card number on which I bought all my goods on and linked the card of my supplimentary card to my credit card, I told the consultant at discovery card to ask the manager to call me, He then told me that so sorry you cant earn those points adjustments were made, I said dont give me long stories, i just want to know after supporting there providers I should get what I deserve, Very Dissapointed.
