I am unhappy about the treatment I have received thus far from FNB

I was kidnapped in 2010 November and money withdrawn my account bmy captors -reported the incidence the ff day and was told to wait till the case is finished and then they will refund me.
.Did an EFT in July 2010 for R80 to an incorrect Absa account number -reported the incidence and was asked for a bank statement - nothing happened.
. July 18- money was withdrawn from my bank account and I reported that I did not receive the sms and also closed the cards, went to collect both cards at Bank city only one card was requested and also did not receive an sms advising me that I can collect my credit card Reported twice that I do no receive the sms -my incontact service is active and all the consultant tell me is that its active. I told even the agent at the department and to date I have both my old cards and the replacements.
Can somebody help...
