I am a brand new customer to FNB.
Once I received my card I had no proper information on how I should activate it.
I was on hold with the various call centers for at least 10 min each time.

I was told by two different people in the call center to go to the atm. Once I inserted the card I was asked for my cellphone number to get my temporary ATM pin. Nothing worked after that. I phoned to cancel my card and was told that R1000 was taken from my account.
Not only was I a victim of but the service is appalling. If I had to treat my customers the way FNB treats theirs I would have no clients.
I want my money refunded asap.
