I am beyond disgusted at the pathetic customer service and general services that Standard Bank offer me.
More than a year ago I asked them to cancel my Garage card. A month a ago I was a victim of when someone used this card. I asked Std Bank to cancel the card and cancel my garage card altogether. I was then called a week later to be told that my Garage card was waiting for me. I yelled and screamed and email and complained. I was told the card would be cancelled. Now today, the courier calls and wants to know where to deliver my garage card!!
Seriously!!! What the!!!???
In addition, to my irritations with the world's most useless bank, my SMS notifications are not working. I have emailed the bank and they have told me twice that the notification system has been updated, however, I keep emailing back to say, it isn't.
I have realised that you can count on Standard Bank for nothing!!
I am looking into moving banks now. This is really enough!!!
For both these issues they have not bothered to call me and sort it all out.
