Yesterday i receive an sms from fnb regarding the transaction that was made in my account overseas, and fnb consultant friendly advise me to cancel my card, and go to the branch get a new card. when i get to the branch i was helped by a lady called bathandwa she wasn't helpfull i can say, she told me that i'll get my card after 5working days, and i ask her i can get a temporary card in the mean time.she told me i have to pay 75 immediately for a temporary card, why should i pay for something that i wont use for ever? this is not fair and i want my 75 back because i cannot pay that card and again i cannot leivewithout my card.i verry dissapointed with FNB and their how can we help you service.thats day light.
