WORST SERVICE EVER

I went into Tygervalley branch on 01/03/2013 to cancel this credit card which I have never used and to close the account. The lady at the branch took the card, cut it to pieces, made a copy of my Id and the card that was cut to pieces. I signed a document confirming the closure. She phoned to check the balance before the card could be closed. She confirmed that there was nothing outstanding, I never used the card.
I phoned FNB earlier this week, as I keep on getting sms that I owe them money, I spoke to 6 different people. to sort this out. They cancelled my card and then re-issued a new one?? The outstanding amount keeps on increasing? I WILL NOT pay for this. I have been told that I have been handed over to collections? It does not stop there - I emailed FNB to sort this out, THEY mailed me back and told me to phone the number on the back of the card - I DO NOT HAVE THE CARD. I even mentioned this in my email. I phoned (6 times), I emailed, I even took the time to go into a branch. You would think that after taking the time out of a person's day to go into a branch to get this sorted out that you would have this cancelled. The service received is appalling.
