Incorrect debit order date

This is the second time that i have to deal with the sheer incompetence of african bank regarding debit order dates. They take it off your account whenever it suits them, causing items to be declined resulting in R137 a pop. Furthermore it causes a negative credit scoring everytime and it impact on my creditworthiness, not that it bothers African bank. I'm trying to cancel the debit order and they want to hold me to it although they are imposing contract breach on me.
