I have the same problem with standard bank and african bank. someone who has an account with african bank of them themself are debiting my account and non of them can give me any info regading this. standard bank charge me a fee to invesigate... then they tell me o it goes into an account by african bank... when you phone african bank they can't assist anyway cos i can't give them a name or anythin.. then on top of that you get charges a fee to put in a stop order by standard bank for something you don't know anything of. and if somebody don't do anything about this soon. them both will pay legal fees and i will sue them blind. as we signed nothng to debit our account and this is causing major issues everytime. and we must wait for our own money to be pd back to us... this is bull
