Infringement of my consumer rights

There were 2 deductions for 1 account made on bank my account by African bank which I did not authorise I've been asking them to cancel that debit order since I debit the the money to that account on the 15th of every month but they have refused to do it and my bank which is Capitec also refuse to cancel the debit order due to legal ramifications on their part, because from the start of the contract I asked them not to put a debit order so I don't know what to because they keep on telling to speak to the bank Ombudsman and I can't reach them, please help me.
