Debit order date changed without permission

The 9th December I received a text message from African Bank to inform me that my debit order for December was going to go off the 13th December. I called their 011 256 9000 or 011 207 4500 nr's in Jhb, on my expense from my cellphone, to inform them that it cannot go off, and that I will only get my salary the normal time of the month. I have an agreement with African Bank that my debit order goes off the 30th of each month, how can they just change my dates?? I'm not to sure which number is the correct one, but the one call was at 11.42 and the other at 11.19. I tried getting through to your 207 4500 eight times as well!!! Because of this debit order going through my account, I have no money in my account!
