In December 2012 Sophia Galane was called by Lesiba from Nedbank Polokwane with an offer to settle her existing loan with African bank and after the settlement she was given R1000 in cash. On the 20th December she was offered a settlement by African bank for her Nedbank loan and after the settlement she got R7968 back in cash. What is unclear is the monthly debit from Nedbank and both consultants said she must get money back and none of the banks are wiling to pay back that money they say it is owed!
