DEBIT ORDER DATES CHANGES WITH OUT CONSEND

I was informed yesterday by SMS by African bank that my debeit orders for them will be going off on the 27th of September and not as per arrangement for the end of the month. This is unacceptable due to the fact that I only get paid on the end of the month! This coming Monday, 30 September. I did not want the debit orders in the first place but you forsed me to. Who is going to pay my banking fees for the declined debit orders tomorrow??? I want an answer from the CEO please as well as an answer on why do you let your customers choose a debit order date if you are planning to put it through when it suits you!
