6 weeks and STILL waiting-will I be FORCED to PAY?

I finally recieved the Cell C sim kit..Last week Wednesday. Great right? nope.called cell c and they advised to contact my nearest cell c branch.which I did, where I was informed that I need to contact Cell C direct (which is seperate from Cell C branches) and ask them to activate my card. Cell C then informed me that FNB needs to activate the card... its almost Wednesday AGAIN..After numerous calls I am still waiting for my card to be activated by FNB? So lets see I recieved my smart device on the 25th of June, my sim kit arrived 2 weeks later. I havnt been able to do anything with this device. Everything is late..But I bet my bill for the full month of june will arrive right on time on the 25th of this month. Will I seriously be billed for something that I havnt recieved? Lets see FNB.
