Convenience turns to major inconvenience

An order for a new smart device (the I-Phone 5) was placed on the 5th of September. After multiple phone calls and frustrations, I am yet to receive the respective nano SIM card (complimentary Cell C contract currently on promotion). It is almost 2 weeks later and I am still not able to use this phone... Whenever I call, I am told that the card has been sent to Digital Planet for onward delivery to me. When I call D.Planet, they inform me that FNB hasn't done their bit... Where do I turn to now.??? Firstly a duo SIM card was sent... This does not fit into an I-Phone 5. A nano card was received on the following Tuesday, but I could not port the number as I was told by Cell C that the card I received was a prepaid card. After yet more frustrating calls, I was advised that the card I received was a rewards card and I was supposed to receive 2 cards, a rewards card and a contract card. I am still waiting with baited breath for my contract card to arrive. I will undoubtedly be charged rather swiftly for the phone which I am not yet able to work with. Shocking!! I look forward to experiencing great service one day soon...
