Failure to deliver Smart Device activation

I'm totally disappointed in the service which i have received from FNB/Cell C with regards to the smart device which applied for via FNB Smart Device promotion. My excitement has been changed to regrets. I now no longer wish to continue with the contract as it now took 2-3 weeks to activate a SIM which was promised to be activated within 72hours (upon receipt). I've had this "dead" phone which am unable to use for over 2 weeks now and now I've lost interest in actually continuing with the contract which i took out a month ago (12 June 2013). Had i known that it would take tons of my daily followups at my own expense to actually resolve this matter, i would not have bothered to take out the contract in the first place.

I would like to get more info on how to cancel this contract because i don't see a use of having a device which can not be used.
