I've experienced good service from FNB so far. But...
I've recently received my smart device from FNB with the Cell C sim card. It has been a headache to get the sim card activated. FNB call centre tells me to call Cell C. Cell C call centre tells me to call FNB... This can't be a difficult task to do? I'm sitting with the device but can't use it... I'm really frustrating. Surely FNB should help me as they are offering this deal? I did not expect this kind of service from FNB, as service has been great in the past.
