There I was last week, excited that I'm getting my two iPhone 5's, which I ordered very efficiently via Cell C Direct. Now came the horrible part, sim card activation, after numerous (very lengthy & unanswered) calls to 084 145, I'm still waiting for my new sim cards to be activated.
I got through to someone today (19th March 2013) in the Cell C Direct call centre & they were blatantly rude to me, and not helpful at all, when I wanted to report this behaviour, I asked him for his name & he gave me a fake name (Hendrick Naicker). I have 2 new phones that I cannot use because the sim cards have not been activated.
I don't even care about the rude call centre operator, I just want to enjoy my new phones, please Cell C have mercy on me & just activate my sim cards, please.
HELP!!!
