Career site confusion

To whom it may concern - I attempted to apply for a position within your company; however my password are forgotten and i can not reset it due to my registered email no longer being active. Therefore i requested to obtain a number where i can phone someone for assistance in order to open up my profile for access. I obtained the contact details (below), however the person at this number rudely showed me the door without giving me a chance to say my say and transferred me through to another departement. At that department there were only voice prompts that i needed to select from and to be honest, i do not have a clue as to what to select as nothing matches my query. Can you please indicate where i can obtain assistance an how to regain access to your career site? (for more information as to my initial request, please see the email i received - below). For feedback, please phone me ONLY after 5pm on a weekday or on Saturday mornings.
