Unable to access my FNB Profile on FNB Online!

I'm so upset as this is causing a great inconvenience to me and I had to make payments tonight, which is overdue. I have been battling for 2 weeks now to access my online profile. Everytime I try to reset my username and password on the fnb website, the website responds - NO DATA RETURNED FROM REQUEST - I have been to FNB President square now for the 2nd time and I'm not getting any correct assistance from any of the incompetent consultants. When I try and phone the call centre (087 575 0000) the voice says that I must go back to the website and reset my access details. NOW HOW NOW! Then the other option is that I can speak to a consultant at a cost of R 52.50 after I have been in the branch yesterday for almost an hour. WHY!!! I have tried from 2 diffirent computers to reset my access details and both times the website gives me the same message. This cannot be the machines that I have used to access the FNB Website. So FNB - Your motto is: How we help you? So as a client of FNB what help can I now expect from your so called wonderful bank. I would like to have an answer within the next 24 hours or otherwise I'm going to the newspapers with this.
