I recently purchased a few vouchers. Firstly 1 one went through then 3 sat pending. I couldn't not log back into my account after this happened. I requested assistance for logging in (password reset) then online support and an email. Its now 2 weeks later, I have sent several emails as well as several online support requests to which not one has been replied to. My money has been taken off but I haven't received my vouchers (as they say you will by email) and I cannot log into the site to access them either. COMPLETELY USELESS
