Account blocke

My account was blocked after SARS payment was made. I was embarresed because I was not enlightened! Can not get any answers from FNB at all. I phoned SARS and was informed that they did not request FNB to put hold on any account payment was made to. This was what FNB told me. I cannot do anything and feel so annoyed as this is my money which I now not have access to. I feel like going to the newspapers about it. I want feedback ASAP!
