Unable to Access MyUnisa/MyLife - No Support!

Since last week I have been trying to access MyUnisa and MyLife email, but suddenly the password that I have always used to access the accounts is no longer valid and I get an "Invalid login" on both accounts. It is exam time and I desperately need to be able to access my accounts. Of course, there are no physical telephone numbers that I can use to speak to a technical support person, I found a number on the "Together We Pass" website but I just get a network busy tone. I have tried using the methods to reset my password on both accounts, but it does not work. The new password that was sent via sms for MyUnisa still gives me an invalid login message and although it appears I reset the MyLife email password, I am still unable to log in.

I am praying that someone from Unisa sees this complaint and assists me, as it seems to be the only way of getting any support! Sms and email support lines take too long to get back to you and I need help urgently! I am tired of not being able to get hold of someone at Unisa on the phone when assistance is needed.
