Pathetic Service from the Service Team

I logged a request online on 25 May 2013 indicating that I was receiving an error message when trying to log on to my Clicks profile. More information was requested from me i.e. card number, ID number and email. Thereafter, I received an email to log onto the website and register my card. After trying this, I sent another email on 05 June informing the consultant that I received a message stating that I already have an account. A follow up email was sent on 13 June for feedback and to date I have not received a response. I have always been able to access the site to get my points balance. The service received is pathetic and your SLA of 5 days is not being met. It has been a month since my initial query yet Clicks have no interest in the world responding to my query. Your systems are rubbish given that I have always accessed my profile online and your staff are incompetent.
