No telephonic assistance-help with online banking

I suspect that someone has obtained my user details & password. Due to this possibility i tried to change my online log on details. An Error occurred so i called the online assistance number - they could not help and i was told to call back during office hours. When i did so the recording stated i would be charged a fee of R50.00 if i actually SPOKE to a call centre agent in an attempt to get assistance!!

I also tried the line in the hope they could help but they said i would have to deal with the above mentioned department.

It is truly shocking that for me to get any assistance from you i have to pay you so that you can help me find out why YOUR website is giving me an error message when i try to change my logon details. I have double checked the information i typed into the system and it was 100% correct.

Once again FNB's 'HOW CAN WE HELP YOU' is less about helping their customers and more about helping themselves!
