I am so angry and therefore only going to write this complaint in point form. Easer for people to understand my dilemma
Car breaks down, Submit a claim. Wait over a week and a half for an assessor to go look at the car
Assessor views vehicle, takes a few days to get results
Get a phone call from Je'Near Windvogel stating that the car has been written off. I explain the scenario &ask if she is sure.
Explain to Je'Near Windovogel that we have been using our own rental car since Discovery Insurance didn't want to give us a rental car while the assessment was in progress.
Je'Near states that she will organise a rental car for us
Je'Near asks in an email for the Agreement Number and the bank details in order to obtain the settlement value
Je'Near explains that she is going on leave. I then call a day later and get hold of Jane Ramalia and ask if she can take over. She requests agreement number as well
2 Days later we follow up and get told that DISCOVERY IS NOT GOING TO PROCESS THE CLAIM!!!
From being stressed, to relieved because I believed in my insurance company to now being furious. Nobody knows what is going on.
