I paid up my loan and received a email stating that i need to provide them with banking details as there is a credit laying on the account. I did so, then they informed me No they need a bank statement proving that the account is mine and on the email they provided me with a telephone number to dail and email address. Got the statement emailed it to them and called them on the number provided to confirm receipt, also to make sure the account was closed and wanting a paid-up letter. On calling the first number provided on the letter 0860 109279 (wait for it) they said they cant help me after holding for 19 minutes, Daniel then gave me a different 0860 103117 i called it and spoke to Celeste OMW they too cant help me and she still said she doesnt understand why i was given this number. She then gave me a different number and assured me that she will hold and make sure i get to the correct department. Guess what, she just transferes me after giving me the number 0861 121321 and i had to explain myself again. I spoke to Keegan who also told me he cant help me and gave me another number telling me he cannot transfer and gave me 011 630 6568. i call spk to Idipile. GUESS WHAT STILL NO HELP!
