Converted my Prepaid simcard to Top up contract

RMCS have converted my Prepaid number to top up contract. I have not receive any sms stating this. I jus saw my phone not receiving BBM when I called the MTN call centre they told me they cant help me my number is a top up and they gave me the RMCS call centre number (0860332244) which is a chargeable call.

I called on the 27/01/14 at 8:33 am. I called and spoke to Mashudu and she told me a consultant will call me back, no one did. I called again on the 29/01/14 at 8:35 and spoke to Gift he told me he will call me back I hung up and again he didn't. I called on the 30/01/14 and spoke to Sihle and explained everything and she kept me on hold for long eventually when she got back to me she told that gift said he has filled it in for a query and they will call in 24 - 48 hours and he never mentioned that to me he said he will call me back.

what saddens me the most I sent an email on the 29/01/14 at 11:02 am to [Email Removed] and copied [Email Removed] and still no reply from them.

all I want from them to take my number back to prepaid. Im using a black berry and I can not load BIS. these call are costing me money and they keep you on hold for long and still not help you.
