Incorrect information

I went to specsavers hillcrest in Pretoria last month and the optometrist said I must go and see a opthamologist. He gave me a letter in return when I phoned around to ask which specialists are on die Discovery Keycare Network. I found a Dr Kok in Annlin Pretoria he has a contract with discovery.
I booked the appointment for 25/04/13 and the receptionist told me which I already knew. Discovery are full of nonsense I must get a auth/ref number for the appointment..
I think then 22 April I decided to phone discovery to get the the much wanted number when a lady with the name oof dudu (I think) as from 1march you don't need a number for a eye specialist as from 1 march 2013. She then gave me a call ref number which I gave to the dr

Today I received a claim statement fron discovery which to my shock the claim was not paid and the explanation was I didn't get a auth number! I'm sick and tired for disocvery medical aids and incompetent call centre agents

Please help me to sort this out!
