To date my queries that were raised a year ago, have not been resolved. I am abroad and unable to transact on my account. Standard Bank blocked access to my account and I have not been since able to transact on my account while abroad. I have been severely compromised due to this. When I approached the bank for assistance they advised me that that they were not willing to assist me due to technicalities with my signature and verification details, however to collect money from me and to hand me over and respond to my payment query they are ever so quick to respond! Then they do not have a problem in verifying that I am who I say I am!! I I have now been handed over to their collections department/attorneys even though Standard bank have failed to honour my right as a customer.
