Standard bank failed to deduct the money that is due on my account in April and added interest because someone on their side changed the debit order date to a date i did not agree to. I paid the interest and logged a query but no one gave me feedback on the query. why should I pay interest when standard bank did not collect the money when they were supposed to. If I was at fault I would pay. but I refuse to pay for for a mistake on standard banks side.
