I will not pay my account until my query is resolved
i am willing to pay, but i have the right to information, fair treatment, information.
i have have communications in writing with attorneys that my account was handed over to.
i have call recording where i called standard bank legal requesting to speak to a manager, where i had to hold for almost an hour daily tyring to resolve the query with standard bank, but no listen to me my query, my disputes, all they told there is nothing they can do . if their policy does not care for customer s and for the company . they wont have happy customer s any more. they don't listen to people. call centre is worse. i am sick and tired of this treatment enough is enough.
