I have applied for customer assist consolidation.all documentation we handed in to them on 1 August 2013 and to date whenever I call or email I get a response that my details are being captured and that I would be advised.what a joke standard bank does not give a about their clients. they provide poor service.why even offer a service that you cannot provide for you have not provided me with any service. STANDARD BANK IS A BANK.no assistance was or has been given to me as a customer. This bank is stuck in the ice age, because I'm register for cellphone bank I can't even access internet banking. I'm suppose to me an Elite bank account holder ah well.wake up no wonder all your clients are moving to other banks
