I have an access account with Standard Bank and the person who helped me open it asked me to choose whether to pay R59 per month nor pay as I transact, I chose the most suitable option which was to pay as I transact and will not be charged monthly fees. To my surprise every month there's a R30 charge that goes off my account that I did not sign up for, I went to the branch and was told they could not help me however logged a query for me to their back office that would take 3 days. After the turn around time provided passed, my money is still not in my account. Standard Bank has billed me a total of R300 that I do not have. All I want is my money thereafter I'm closing my account.
