My dad applied for his surplus money in April already. He is unable to hear and myself or my sister phones for him. Every time we phone we get the same response "I will request the Team Leader to follow it up" and then if we ask can we speak to the Team Leader "No, the Team Leader does not take calls". I will in my life never advise any company to invest their employees pension money at Mibfa. They do not care at all. Why a have a call centre if they tell you the same thing over and over again???
