Our money is not safe in the hands of Standard Ban

For the second time in two years my company credit card has been used abroad, when travelling abroad you are supposed to get authorisation from the bank to use your card which i did not give as i was not travelling and still standard bank did not contact me when purchases were being done in the united states and i am in SA, the account i have with standard bank is a dormant account and is rarely used, when i reported this to the department they sad they did not call as the amounts being taken off were small amounts at a time - how is dollars going off an account that is not often used and with no authorisation for use abroad not suspicious enough to contact your clients? the account is now sitting in a massive overdraft and im still awaiting standard bank to contact me as i was told they would do within 7 days - its been over 2 weeks? i also told the operator to not replace the card and to just cancel it, i got an sms stating the new card was at the bank for me to collect - I SPECIFICALLY SAID I DID NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT CARD AND TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT. now i am being charged for overdraft and no one will assist me from department.
