Change of bank details - non existant service

It appears the only way to get a response out of Old Mutual is to put them on Hello Peter. I have been trying for close on 2.5 years now to change my bank details. No response out of them at all and their "my portfolio" website doesn't work. One would expect a reputable company would not need a complaint in a public forum before they contact their customers regarding a complaint? I don't have time to keep chasing this issue, and I should not have to.

If they would like all details, my complaint reference is CCC5825009. I sent that email over a week ago, and nobody has contacted me. Quite frankly with this non-existent level of service I think I shall be taking my business elsewhere. It is mind-boggling how a supposedly reputable company like this can continually ignore their customers. I can't get my head around it. My only possible conclusion is Old mutual is no longer reputable, but now fly-by-night.
