I have been trying to get hold of Old Mutual for the last 2 weeks now regarding my Pension Fund withdrawal that was paid into the incorrect account. When I 1st called to change these details I spoke to Ryan and he changed the banking details for me. I specifically told him that they should not pay into the former account as I no longer use it, but they went and paid into that account anyway. After calling them multiple times and being told that they can not request a reversal from the bank and I have to go and do that myself and being put on Hold for over 20 minutes while some incompetent lady went to go "fetch" her manager I still have had no joy from Old Mutual. I am appalled by the level of service I have received from you and you staff. I have gone as far as laying a Formal Complain on your website and someone is yet to call me regarding that. Can I just have my money paid to me please, I will not be made to suffer because your staff are a bunch of!
