I have been trying to get through to their customer service department regarding one of my queries, Tracking Number CCC5778215 to find out if they have received my documents and how far they are with processing them. I have spent over R300.00 worth of airtime trying to contact them since Monday, but no one seems to be bothered with answering their telephone lines.
I always thought that Old Mutual was a reputable company, but I am seriously starting to have doubts.
What is going on Old Mutual??
