I sold my Close Corp and need to change a policy detail and banking details, I emailed and got an automated response stating they would respond, If any correspondence was needed to use a unique tracking number, I got no response so emailed Old Mutual again, quoting the tracking number, the response I get is another tracking number automatically generated and nothing done about my request.
What does one have to do to get service from this company??
