Impossible to confront the collections department

On 16 July I received a call from 27112411000 telling me that my credit card had not been paid and to call 0861113784 to arrange for immediate payment. After phoning 0861113784 a message told me that the number was invalid! After phoning 27112411000 a message told me that the number was not in use and I had to phone 0861201000. I phoned the number and after holding for 10 minutes and going through several security checks, I eventually spoke to a person who checked my accounts and told me that my account was not in arrears and that I had to pay R25 on 30 July. My other account had a positive balance with no payments due! I asked him why I had received this threatening call from 2711241100, he confirmed that it was the Collections division. He offered to put me through to the Collections department and after holding for another 20 minutes and more checks I spoke to a lady whom told met that the error was at the collections department! She put me through to the collections department. She actually got Joyce on the line and told me that I was about to speak to Joyce but as soon as I started to speak to Joyce, Joyce transferred me back to the call centre! Imbecile!! DO YOUR WORK!
