I have been trying for a year now to change my uk bank account details with old mutual South Africa. I am finding the whole thing very distressing. My late husband took out this insurance policy believing old mutual to be a longstanding reliable and trustworthy company. He would be disappointed at the poor service I am receiving now.
I have been receiving this annual payment for the past six years and all I need to do is change the bank account details into which it is received. I rely on these monies and as this years payment is now four months overdue I am becoming quite upset and angry.
