I contacted Old Mutual over a week ago regarding a ten year policy which I have with them, to date I have still not had the courtesy of a response! I requested some information regarding my policy as well to find out if this company changed my details when I got in touch with them last year! I am absolutely appalled at the level of customer service. How long should I actually wait before I am helped?
