Last year December my husband and I went to Old mutual in florida to change our FICA information when we got there we were told the system was offline which was understandable. We went again this Saturday 12/01/13 the lady told us that the person who changes customer's info only comes on the first and last week Saturdays of the month we were very dissapointed as Old Mutual is a big company for not having any person who can assist us in changing our details on a Saturday. We pay our premiums in time but Iwonder why is it a hustle for them to change our details.
